Don't worry me and mummy haven't disapeared, we just have been super busy lately.

Mummy found out from her careers counceller that if she want to go to university and do the science degree shes always wanted that she will have to work a lot harder :/ as they only except 35 people a year from all over europe. Thats some competion!!!

So now mummy is at school from 9am-4pm and then heads to the library to study and do homework from 4pm-7pm. She gets home at 7:30 and we go for our walk. At 8pm we eats our dinner and then we relax for the rest of the evening.
So we really havnt had much time for bloggings, but we still manage to read your blogs ;) we arn't that busy.

Mummy gets her Christmas holidays on the 23rd, Im so excited.
Ive asked Santa Paws for a sheep stuffie and some edibles.
Only 18 more sleeps!!

Happy Birthday Jimi

You really are my best friend. Your the only one who doesn't mind running barefoot in the mud with me, the only one who will share my water bowl with me, and the only one who lets me sample every single thing they eat.

Puppy Update

Over the last week we have recieved updates on all the puppies. They are all doing fine.

Faith (now Koko) has decided that she is now the boss of her two dog brothers and she loves her three human siblings.

Iris (now Kyra) is an only dog and loves it, she is spoilt rotten and won a 1st place trophy in the under 8 mths obidence catagory two weeks ago.

Clive (now Kujo) and Savannah (now Tia) still live together with an older staff sister (named Taz). Their parents have a facebook and sent us some photos.

I think that they have grown so much, and are starting to turn into very handsome (and pretty) doggies :)

Just want to say that the house is very quiet without four puppies running around the place and that I miss you all but am also VERY happy that you all have found such wonderful and loving home. If only every dog could be so lucky.

Yes we are still here. We have just been so busy since mummy has gone back to school. We are staring to get more organisised so I should be around more from now on ;)

and more importantly, you guys know what day it is? 22nd of September, yes today at 17:59 the celebrations began an Guinness was poured and Arthur was honored. Arthur's Day is a massive celebration here that it may soon be a national holiday. Is it celebrated in your homes??

The First Day of the Last

Today my mummy started her very last year of secondary school. It was sad to be separated from mummy for seven hours, especially since I have just spent three months glued to her hip. I think they should change the law so pugs can go to school with their humans, I mean we are intellectual dogs :P

Just take a look at all them books...and that stupid kitty. I really don't see why mummy loves her so much, she should really have a "Hello Puggy" pencil case instead.

We tried to take a self portrait to preserve the memory of mummy's first day of the last year (sounds like a movie title he he), but it was an epic fail.
Can you even see me in this photo??? :/

Oh well in 9 months time it will all be over.

Picplz

Mummy's friend was over today and she had this really cool app on her iphone called Instagram, mummy wanted it straight away but it isn't avalible on android so she got a very simalar app called Picplz. Its pretty darn cool and makes crappy mobile photos into decent photos.

Do any of you use Picplz? If you do, add us, our username is mandaandoisin.

Do you guys have any other cool android app suggestions for us to try out?

Please don't ask why there is a photo of some trees in MY blog post...Mummy is the one in charge of taking and uploading photos.

Check Mii Out

Recently Mummy acquired a 3DS, one of the functions of the 3DS is a mii maker. Unfortunately it only allows you to make humans, but mummy though she would give it a try and had a go at making mii ;)

Sad while also Happy

Today was sad while also being happy.

Today was the day that Candy left for her furever home. Her new humans called early in the day armed with yummy smelling doggie treats and a car full of new dog toys. While Candy was sad to leave her puppies she was also happy to join her new furever family.

Three of the puppies have also been re-homed.

Clive and Savannah were adopted together by a nice young couple from Dublin and left for their furever home just little over an hour ago. Their new humans said that they will email us some photos when they get settled in :)

Faith's new furever family are picking her up tomorrow morning. They are a nice family who already own two dogs and have three children, so I'm sure she will love this family.

Iris is yet to find a furever home, but since she is going to be the only puppy and might feel a bit lonely. I think I might let her share my bed...just temporary of course.

Outdoor Findings

On Wednesday me and Mummy went for our walk...during our walk we noticed a small clearing through some trees. Since it was still fairly light out, we decided to check it out.

Now it was nothing amazing, but it was really cool to find and investigate.

There were also a lot of brambles and some of them had bramble berries. We picked a few to bring home and enjoyed them that evening with some sponge cake.

*Salinger - We actually call the plant "brambles" and the berries "bramble berries".
Its kind of embarrassing, but until some of you guys called these raspberries, neither me or mummy actually knew that's what raspberries were. We though they were some sort of exotic..emm...berry!! Whoops!

Hachi : A Dog's Tale

Today me, mummy and her sisters decided to have a movie day. They rented out a few movies and one of them was Hachi. A dog's tale.
Now I know I'm a bit biased when it comes to movies where a dog is the star but this movie is awesome.
Just a bit of a warning if you haven't seen it before but you WILL cry.
This movie came out back in 2009 so most of you have probably seen it, but for those of you who haven't go and rent it...NOW!!!

Normally I don't blog about movies, but this movie was so good and the fact that it is a true story (read about the real Hachiko here) made it worthy of its own blog post.

Puppysitting

Last week two amazing humans decided that they were going to adopt Candy, the puppies mother. Candy can't go to her new furever home until the puppies are 8 weeks so today and for next Saturday her new humans are going to call and take her out to the park for an hour or two.

Of course that means the puppies need a sitter...and who better than me!

I watched them while they were in their pen.

And supervised them while they roamed the back garden.

They roped me into playing with them...how could I say no?

I dunno how Candy does it but I am pooped!!

P.S. Please excuse our extremely overgrown lawn :)

P.S.S. If you are wondering why this blog lacks photos of Candy, the shelter has asked us not to take or post any of her, I'm not exactly sure why but I'm sure they have there reasons.

Rain Clouds

Sorry for the lack of posts, not much has been going on as it has been raining so badly.

Me and mummy managed to miss the rain yesterday when we went for our walk.

We got all the way to the top of the hill and then we seen this....

...it mightn't be super clear in this photo, but can you see all the grey rain clouds. Needless to say we headed straight back home and just missed the rain :)...phew

3 Weeks Old

The puppies are now 3 weeks old. They have opened their eyes, have started to get their teeth and have been tasting and trying semi-solid food.
They are also starting to move around a lot more.

Me and Mummy just want to say Happy Independence Day to all our American friends and we hopes you has a great day :)

We dont celebrate Independence Day here but we think we should, I mean you guys celebrate our national holiday...Paddys Day. Its only fair really... BOL

Anyways have a great day and eat lots of sasuage on a stick (is that what they are called ???) and all your other American foods...like your peanut butters, and cheese in a can (seriously...cheese in a can...who thought of that???)

One Week Old

While the loss of Hope was heartbreaking, we have to be thankful to God that the other four puppies are healthy and happy and have made it to being a week old. Mummy took some photos today while Candy was outside.

Goodbye Hope

It is with a heavy heart that I tell you that Hope has passed away. She was the smallest of Candys puppies but we didnt expect this to happen

Yesterday morning Mummy noticed that Candy was ignoring Hope and wasnt feeding her. If you put Hope near Candy she would push her away. Hope was getting dehydrated so Mummy took her to the vet to get a shot to rehydrate her and also bought some puppy formula to hand feed Hope.

Mummy handfed Hope every two hours and all through the night, she seemed to be getting better. Then today Hope took a turn for the worst. It was all of a sudden, her little body just froze up, she got sick and she passed away.

We did everything we could to bring her back but it was no use.

5 day old Hope went over the rainbow bridge at 12:20pm

Meet the Pups!

Their names are Clive, Iris, Faith, Hope and Savannah.

Clive is the only boy and is also the only pup that isnt black, he is white with brown patches. He was the fourth born.

Iris was the first born, she is almost totally black with a very small white mark on her chest (like me).

Faith was the last puppy to be born, she has a white stripe down her nose and white on her belly.

Hope was the second born, she almost passed away but luckily didnt and was therefore given the name Hope. She is black with white on her belly and chin. She is also the smallest pup.

Savannah has very similar markings to Faith, but she also has four white paws and a white tip on her tail. She was the third born.

It was very hard to get a decent pic of the girls, since they are all black and were all hudled into each other, hopefully when they are little bit older we can get some better photos.

Bonfire Mishaps

So I just wanna say thanks for offering to vote for me guys :) Unfortunately you have to vote by text so I don't think it will work unless you live in the Republic of Ireland. Oh since I forgots the other day, this is the picture that mummy entered. Its an old pic but mummy loves the hat and my displeased face.

Yesterday was Bonfire night here in Ireland.
Our local pub was having a gi-normus bonfire, with a BBQ and music.
So mummy decided to brings me...but...I kinda....emmm....
................gots scared!
I mean it was a huge fire and there were so many peoples, it just kinda shocked me yanoo.
So I kinda did this back flippy thing while trying to drag mummy away.....and it worked, Mummy walked me home.

When we gots home I ran up to the couch inviting mummy to joins me, but what did mummy do....she left!!!
I could not believe it...my own mother!!

Needless to say she gots greeted with a sad face when she came home...hehe

Manda here: Because of Oisíns odd and comical behaviour yesterday at the bonfire I unfortunately had to bring him home, which was a shame as my friend was on the way with her canon, and I was really looking forward to sharing the photos with you guys.

Our Summer is Ready to Begin

Hey Dudes and Dudettes.

So I wanted to update you guys on my eye issues. Mummy brought me to the vets and they gave me some special drops to use for one month and then I have to go back in for a check up. Mummy hasnt seen much difference but who know...they are vets after all.

In other news Ciara has found her forever home. She has a lovely big sister there and is more than happy. We are so happy for you Ciara :)

We have a new foster aswell. Her name is Candy and she is a pregnant Staffie. We were a lil bit scared about getting a pregnant foster but we decided that it would be a learning experience. She came to use just over a week ago and is due to have her babies sometime this week. We have converted the back kitchen into a birthing pen and have put a baby gate up so me and Jimi cant get in and disturb her. I will post more about Candy when the babies arrive (which is suppose to be this Friday-Sunday)

Two weeks ago, Mummy seen a competition in the national paper. It was a perfect pet photo contest, so Mummy entered me. All the entries are being posted in tomorrows paper and you have to vote for who you want to win. We will know more tomorrow so we will update you guys but the winner gets €1000 and €250 worth of Maxi Zoo vouchers (that is like our Pet Smart)

Also Mummy is on her holidays now so our summer is just about to get started :)

Oisín's Eyes

Hey guys, Oisín's Mummy here.

Today while cleaning some eye gunk off Oisín I noticed brown spots on both of his eyes. I had never noticed before and I could only see them because the sun was shining straight onto his face.

They are dark brown in colour very similar to his actual eye colour so are hard to notice. They also seem to be on the outside layer of his eye *if that makes sense* and not part of his iris.

They don't seem to be hindering his vision as he can still spot if I have a treat in my hand and can follow it as I move it around.

I know pugs can have a lot of trouble with their vision so I'm pretty freaked out as to what it could be, but I don't want to put him through the stress of bringing him to the vet if it turns out to be nothing or something that will clear up on its own (he really hates the vet and gets very stressed out, last time he got sick in the waiting room)

I tried googling it but cant find anything, just pictures of dogs with a brown patch over one eye...not what I am looking for. So I have come to you guys,do you have any idea what it could be? If you do know anything could you tell me what would need to be done to cure it? Would it be possible eye surgery? Also would his pet insurance cover it (they're really sneaky over here and its almost not worth the money)?

I will most likely end up dragging Oisín to the vet anyways but if anyone has experienced something very similar to it, that would really help :)

Eurovision

The Eurovision starts tonight :) Not sure if you guys can watch it in America and Canada but if you can Ireland is on tomorrow and Jedward are preforming their song Lipstick for us. They are extreamly cheesy twins from Dublin who became famous from the X-Factor (we heard thats heading your way too and Simon Cowel and Cheryl Cole and heading along with it)

Anyways I got to go but if you can tune in so see the "cheesiness" of Jedward :P

Surprise!!!

Here she is. The surprise! She got delayed a few days but came here just in time for our BBQ.

Here is Ciara (Key-Raa) our latest foster. She is 11 weeks old and look at the size of her already. She is a cross between a Mastiff and an American Bull Dog so is going to be a big girl when she's grown.

Okay I don't look to impressed in this pic but she was getting all the attention which also means all the scraps.

While we love fostering we weren't to keen on fostering a puppy, mostly because puppys are so dependent and it's hard not to become to attached. She is only 11 weeks and has already been to 3 different homes before ending up in the shelter.
She has separation anxiety which causes her to be destructive if left alone. She also does not listen to a word you say and has a tendency to nip at people. We are working on her training and hopefully she will find her forever home soon. But for the mean time she is my new buddy

Royal Wedding and other Shenanigans

Were you American puggies watching the Royal Wedding? We know we were, this was mine and mummys first time to watch a royal wedding since both of us weren't born for Princess Diana's wedding.

There were a lot of parties yesterday to celebrate the Royal Wedding, and to be honest us Irish love a chance to celebrate over anything :P

While everyone went down to the pub me and mummy and Jimi headed to the park. It was such a sunny day (mummy actually got sunburned on her shoulders...yup it was that hot)

We also never got to wish you guys a Happy Easter. I hope you all had a great time. Our Easter was manic, we visited all our relations on Good Friday and Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday was spent tucking into sweets and going to the parade.

I also has a surprise to tell you guys :) But that's just gonna have to wait till tomorrow ;)

Cameras, Holidays and Hikes

Mummy is off school for 2 weeks....2 weeks! Can you believe it, its so good to have mummy at home.

In other news we has got a replacement cameras, mummy's auntie lent it to her until mummy has moneys for a new one (and who knows how long that will be). It works pretty good, the only downside is it doesn't have a screen to see the photo you has taken. So you think you has got a beautiful picture of your Pug and then when you plugs it into the computer you realises that your Pug moved and blurred (whoops)! It also takes batteries which is a bummer. Apart from that it works great and now we can post pictures of well MEEE!!

To celebrate mummy off school, the new cameras and the lovely weather we went for a hike in the forest.

This was when I starts to get tired and sit down to lets mummy know that I am done with the walkings for today...although I seem to have no problem walking back homes hehe ;)

The Vets

Yesterday was my annual booster so off to the vets me and mummy went. While we were there the vet did a check up and guess what I'm perfectly healthy. The only negative thing the vet had to say was that I was slightly overweight (the cheek) at 9.7kg that's 21.4 pounds to most you guys.

Personally I don't think that's to bad but me and mummy have decided that instead of cutting back on my food (that would just be unnecessary cruelness) that we are gonna up my exercise and a walk a day is now mandatory whether I feel like it or not :/

We have yet to get a replacement camera so here's a old photo of me snoozing like a seal :)

Kodak Funeral

So as you guys know, Mummy left me on Wednesday to go on her field trip.

When she got home I was expecting to see some pretty cool pictures...but was there any...NO...and do you want to know why...because mummy's camera has passed away.

Yup on the night before the trip mummy charged her camera. Then the next day when she tried to turn it on it would just turn on and then off. It is fully charged tho cos for the split second it stays on you can see the full up battery symbol in the corner.

So that means no cool pictures of the caves :( and no new pictures of me for a while either :(

Field Trip

Tomorrow mummy is going on her field trip. She is going to the aillwee caves in Co. Clare. She has been there before when she was younger and remembers them being very pretty. Sadly I cant go as I'm not a student :(

Spring has Finally Arrived

It was sunny today for the first time since.......well a long time! It wasn't warm but it was sunny, which means spring has arrived here in Ireland.

We decided to celebrate by going for a walk in the forest.

I now pronounce you MY TREE!

Flashback Friday My Gotcha Day

I hope you all had a good Paddy's Day. We didn't go to a parade this year, instead we had lots of family over for some Guinness and some other beverages :P

The other day mummy was reminiscing about my gotcha day, and I thought we should share it with you guys along with some cute puppy pics of me.

Mummy always wanted a pug and was told for her 17th birthday that her parents would give her the money for one as a present. So about a month before her birthday mummy rang almost all the breeders in Ireland and told them to let her know if any puppies had or were going to be born.

Then on the 5th of October mummy got a phone-call from a woman in Tipperary, saying that she had three black pug pups. The woman had gots mummy's number of another breeder. She asked mummy if she wanted to come down and see the pups. Mummy said yes even though she actually had wanted a fawn pug, but it didn't hurt to look right ;)

The woman told mummy that the parents (my pug mum and dad) were champion show dogs and had won lots of medals. They were suppose to have produced champion offspring but things hadn't gone as planned. All three pups had white marks on their chest and weren't suitable for the top class shows. Mummy said that she didn't care if the puppies had a hundred white marks and that she would still like to come and visit.

On the 7th of October I met my mummy for the first time. There were 3 of us, me and my two sisters. Mummy wanted to take us all home but she chose me. She said that my sisters were very well behaved and had already been toilet trained while I barked and howled and rolled on my back and peed up into the air.

I guess my mummy just has a soft spot for naughty little boys, but who cares she chose me and I am so very happy that she did.

P.S. Yes we realise that we are posting a flashback Friday on a Saturday, mummy actually wrote this yesterday but instead of posting it, she saved it as a draft...whoops and didn't realise till today so I guess its actually flashback Saturday :P

Its been a busy week

Gosh it sure has been a busy week here. We have OFFICIALLY moved in, everything is now unpacked!

Tuesday was Pancake Day (also known as Shrove Tuesday) not sure if you guys celebrate it in America. On pancake Day everyone eats pancakes all day-that's really the gist of it!

Mummy gots some pancakes at school and when she and her sisters came home we all made some more pancakes! Oh boy were they delicious!

Wednesday was Ash Wednesday...DUH! :P On Ash Wednesday you go to church and get Ashes on your forehead. I think the ashes are made from burnt palm leaves...not the priests cigarettes as mummy's sisters thought. It is also the beginning of Lent (it ends Easter Sunday). During lent you give up something or take something on. Mummy gave up fast food and took on making sure I get walked everyday and her homework was done on time. I have decided to take on an extra meal each day :D

Then today we did some explorings :) There is a dog house in the garden which I have claimed as my own :)

This is the drive way up to our house! Trees, trees and more trees!

We will take some pics of the inside of the house soon...I promise! And for those of you that asked, yes we are still living in Ireland. The house is actually really near where we used to live. Mummy didn't have to change school or anything, she just has to get a bus now.
The landlord who also built the house said the house was shipped over from Canada (how cool) and they just had to assemble it. They make it sound so easy hehe.

We've Moved

I told you guys it wouldnt be long till I was back posting :) I love my new house and all the explorings it offers me.

The whole house is surrounded by forests (mostly pine trees) and offers so much exploration. We found our house on google earths. Can you see all the forest it has...

In other news....On Saturday we all went to the local horse fair. They have a dog show their every year and mummy thought it would be fun to enter me into it. I have never been in a dog show before so we weren't expecting to win or anything just have fun! But guess who came 3rd place in they toy catagory.....MEEEE!!!

Mummy left her cameras in the car so we took the pictures of me and my yellow rossette when we got back to the car park. There were so many dogs there and so many butts to sniff. It was such a fun day, I am so going back next year :)

Also its Shrove Tuesday tommorow a.k.a pancake day XD.....CAN...NOT...WAIT...

Were Moving

Yup we are moving house again. Mummys parents just cant seem to get settled in a place for long since they had to rent out their family home as a result of the recission.

The new house is a canadian log cabin :)

Its really cool and is surrounded by forests.

Don't worry we will be back blogging soon...mummy needs the internets for school and her mum needs it for work so we wont be without it for long.

I sure am going to miss the carpets in this house, the new one has wooden floors in every room...mummy said she is going to get a big fluffy mat for our bedroom though.

I am also going to miss my evening walks with my neighbour Carter :(

But I think I overheard mummy talking about a new foster dog joining us at the new house :). I love new friends, even if they are only temporary.

I would also like to thank Winston, we got your postcard today and we just wanted to say thanks. We didnt ask for one so it was a nice surprise when we got one.

The Day after Sweater Day

Were to late to enter the sweater day contest (silly mummy had 4hour ballet practice yesterday...hoomans *rolls orbs*) but we decided to post a pic of me in my sweater anyways just because I look so cute and we think its was an awesome idea :)

We don't have a thermostat here, we just have this switch thing that makes our radiators hot and when they gets hot enough we switch the switch off...hmm maybe that is a thermostat. Anyways yesterday the switch was banned from being touched and we gots out our sweaters, mummy was warm anyways from all the dancings hehe so she didn't need a sweater.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day everyone. I just want to say thank you to everyone for all the cards :)...Mummy made me wait until today to open them all.

As some of you know it was way to expensive for us to send you guys cards. When mummy asked the lady at the post office how much she said it was €5 per card outside europe. We thought there had to be a mistake so we checked again and it was actually €3 per card, but this was still to expensive as mummy isnt working.

We asked Winstons Mummy could we pull out of the card exchange but she told us that Winston would still send us a card...so you cand imagine our suprise when we gots all these in the post :)

So instead me and mummy have decided that we are going to send all you guys some random letters during the year.
This way it wont be as expensive and we will still get to send you something.

A little bit Lazy

Me and Mummy have been a bit lazy with our posts recently, sorry about that. :)

We didn't do to much this week, mummy was at school and I was home with Jimi....OH ya there was like a mini hurricane here on Friday...no joke!

It was really windys outside and our back garden fence blew down, and that's a BIG fence.

When mummy puts me outside for my potty I couldn't walk in a straight line it was so windy, I kept being pushed by the wind to one side....sooo not funny!

Also the photos from our walk down to the stream seem to have disappeared :/...and their not on mummy's camera anymores. So weird!

Feng Shui

It has gotten warmer again here which is great. This morning when we woke up all the snow was melted but there was still ice on the ground so it was slippy.

Mummy is back at school tomorrow so we decided to spend "our" last day of the Christmas holidays watching telly and staying in our pj's all day (just because we could) :)

I then decided that I didn't like where my bed was and I dragged it over (actually dragged it) beside the fire and hopped in. Mummy some how thought this was very funny and took a pic. Now I'm kinda glad she is back at school tomorrow.

Happy New Year!

Happy new year puggies, and I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! I know I did. Santa Paws got me lots of treats and a new bed...its so comfy. Mummy gots me a dragon stuffie and some more treats.

It snowed so bad here, it was the coldest winter Ireland has had for over 100 years. The schools closed early, google wasn't working properly and it was very hard to drive to go Christmas shopping. But me and mummy still had funs...since she gots off school early we played in the snow a lot!

We spent Christmas day at my great-aunt Marys house with all mummy's family. I spent most of my time up in the tree house where the babies couldn't reach me.

"Are they gone yet?"

We had a brilliant Christmas and I hope you guys did too.
But guess who got the best Christmas present off all! Kato...
...yup Kato found his fur-ever family and was adopted on the 27-Dec-10

Its so cool...mummy listened to the radio this morning and it said her school was closed YAY!! So we decided to go out in the snow!

First of all I would like to say that I is hoping all you American puggies has had a good thanksgiving. We dont celebrate it over here...but I wish we did...Turkey sure sounds good :)

Oh and guess what...it started to snow last night :) yup yup! There was only 1cm of snow but its promised to snow all week so hopefully it wont all be's melted by the time mummy gets home from school and we can actually play in it and gets some photos for my blogs!

Meet Kato

Meet Kato, our new foster dog! He is only 7 months old and is a Sibierian Husky.

We gots a call from the local shelter on Saturday saying that Kato had been taken in but they were full and had no room for him. He is extreamly thin and is covered in matted dead fur. He also has no training at all. He has been tied to a chain outside since he was a puppy and the ISPCA gots a call and went and confiscated him.

As you can see from the pictures he is in pretty bad shape, and is very thin but doesnt look it because of all his dead furs.

He has only been here since Sunday but is already looking betters.

Look he has one blue eye and one brown eye!

All this poor fella needs is some loves, food and a good bath and comb!
He also needs some training so me and mummy has been helping leash train him...and "OH BOY" has that been eventful!

Thank God Its Friday everyone... :)

Im not sure bouts you american pugs but here it gets dark pretty earlier.

Mummy comes home from school at 4pm and we has to leave straight away for our walks or else its too dark! By 5:30pm its PITCH BLACK and I sort of go invisable in the dark...cool huh!

Anyways me and mummy left for our walks today at 4:30 and before it was even 5:00 it was dark, now you guys gots to promise not to tells anyone but Im sort-of kinda afraid of the dark.

So I asked mummy and she said we could finish our walk earlier and head home...I was more than happy too!!

Studying

Mummy has her Christmas exams next week and has been studying like crazy, of course I have been helping her. Who else is going to chew the corners of her books.

I was worried at first with all this studying business that she would forget my walk...and she almost did. But luckily one of us remembered and reminded her by crying to my lead...I know, I know but hey it worked! :)

We have also been messing about with photoshop and look what I did...okay so mummy helped :P

We would also like to say that we send our sincere apologies over to the guys at Smush Faces. They lost their dearest Betty two days ago.
Betty even though we never met you, we are so sad that you had to leave. We know you are in a happier place now and that your pain has ended. We would also like to say that Shannon did an AMAZING job making your last 9 months epilepsy free and giving your more love in them months than you have received in your entire life.

Were Making A Calender

Advent Calender

Guess what I gots today!!!!!

An advent calenders :) yup that's right! A girl who works at the youth club Mummy volunteers at...LOVES DOGS and especially loves me (who wouldn't), and she bought me an advent calender. She gave it to mummys today and mummy showed me when she got home!

At first I didn't know what it was but mummy told me that every number has gots a doggie treat behind it....I wanted to open dem all ups straight away but mummy said no...

....I has gots to wait until the first day of December :(

Maybe when mummys not looking I'll sneak one!

Bad House and Fostering!

Ok so members yesterday I wanted to tell you bout how the house we did move into wasn't as good as we thought, we didn't notice until we had moved in but there was drafts in every room and the roof leaked in one bedroom! :(

The house was in such a lovely area though that it really was a shame...so we had to move AGAIN! We moved back to Roscommon to a nice house in a small estate.

But while we was there we enjoyed the lovely scenery! :)

Here is me with my auntie Angel! She gives me lots of cuddles and kisses and I is love her so much!

I also made friends with a collie named Milo, we had so much fun running through the forest and fields...I sure do miss him!

This is a picture of the forest from the field beside it...its so pretty isn't it :)

And now to talks about fosterings...do you guys member Alfie, the staff X pit bull puppy we had. Well him and his sister Bella were homeless pups that we was fostering. Bella gots a home straight away but Alfie stayed with us for a long time, they had to be careful who they adopted Alfie to as being half pit bull can be a bit dangerous, some peoples only wants him for fighting! :(
But in the end he did find his "Furever" home with this lovely family.
We is so happy for you Alfie and we miss you but are very glad you have a home :)

Hey Guys !

I'm back and oh boy do I have lots of news I am dying to tell you! I just gots to tell you all bouts how we is now fostering dogs, how the house we moved into was definitely not as good as we thought (although if I must say so it was in a beautiful area), how much I is missing mummy now that shes back at school, how me and mummys are going to make a calender :) and lots more things!

But for this post I just want to say hi guys and how much I did miss posting...we did check up on your blogs from time to time when we was able to tho :)

This is a pic of me in the shirt I did get off mummy for my first birthday! :) I had a blast that day...mummy got me KFC for lunch and we had a little cake that evening and then she took me to the park! IN MY SHIRT :D

Yup were moving June 1st, two days time so as you guys can imagine its a bit of a mad panic here. And my daily walk has been canceled till then :(

But Mummy said she will make ups for it, be bringing me exploring in the forest behind our new house.

Moving

Yup thats right, we is moving! Mummy told me todays!

At the moment my grandma and grandpa are looking for a house in the Lanesborough area which is very near Roscommon, Lanesborough is located on the river shannon and has lots of forests so it will be so much funs, especially now that it is summers and mummy can be with me everydays!

Roscommon is in the reds box and where we is moving to is in the blues!

Me and Mummys still isn't sure when we is moving, but it will be in the nears future!
The only downside to movings is that we probally wonts have googles and stuffs for a few weeks so wonts be able to blogs :(
But once we gets googles backs we will have the biggest blogs ever! Hehe!

Snuggie

I realised today that I never told my fellow puggies about my snuggie,

and how I LOVE my snuggie!

It all started the day my mummy brought me home.

When I got to my new home and looked around I noticed this monkey hanging around off mummy's bedroom roof, I howled and howled for him so mummy got him down and gave him to me.

It was instantly loves!

That was all the ways back in October and I still has my snuggie to this day, even though now his eyes are gone and his head sometimes bleeds white fluff.

But mummy just gives him some stitches and I can plays with him again.

I call him my snuggie cos hes so snuggly to sleeps with.

Does any of you guys has a snuggie or special toy that you loves to play with?

*UPDATE* Woops I just relised dats der are these tings in da USAs that are called snuggies and are blankets with arms! Just to bes clear I wasnt on bouts them, I was on bouts my monkey called snuggie, hehe

Sunny Saturday

Today, woops its past 12, well den yesterdays it was sunny, can yous actually believe it!!

Usually on sunny days me and my mummys goes for a walk to the park, but today it was really sunny, well for Ireland anyways and it didnt rain once, can yous believe it.

So instead my mummys took out the paddling pool for me and my uncles Jimi (mummys baby brother),

I swear tho, I kept seeings this other dog inside the waters and it was kinda scaring me.

Now this is how ya do the "Puppy Dog Eyes"

But he really doesnt like Mummys camera and tells her "NOOOO" if she takes more than one picture at a times!

We was both having so much fun but then Jimi had to ruin it all by splashings, and I really didnt like the splashings! :(

I wish it could stay this sunny forevers but Mummy said its not gonna last long so we gots to enjoy it while we cans!

So my mum is always blogging for me, well I decided its my blog so shouldnt I be the one blogging, my mums was a little upset so I made her cheif photographer and editor of my blogs! That ought to keeps her happy.

So I gots into a lil bit of trouble today, but in my defense Mummys brother totally started it.

He was digging a hole in the garden so I just thought it would be nice of me to help him out a bits yanoo,

but I gots cought,

and miss mummy decided to take pictures as evidences!

This was us before we knews she was there.

Then we spotted her so we was trying to act natural, she totally didnt buy it,

Me digging, how dare you even accuse me of it, its not dirt on my face its one of those fancii mud masks,

So after I promised mummy I would be a good boys, she went back inside and I went back to diggings! Hehe!

10 Month Update!

Hey Guys, thought I should let ye all know that me and Oisín are still alive and Oisín is 10 months old, I cant believe that Ive had him for 7 months.

But just because we haven't been blogging doesn't mean we haven't been having fun.

Yesterday was my my sister Angels 10th Birthday so we had a party at our house, and guess who decided the bouncy castle would be the best place to have a nap.

Oisín Gets the Snip!

Hey guys! God am I bad at posting! :P!
I got a job as a childminder! Yay! So with my first wages I decided to get Oisín neutered! At first I didnt want to do it because I would of loved to get an Oisín Jr. but the health benifits are amazing, an anything that might help my baby live longer is great! :D!

In other news! We no longer have Bella! Her and Alfie were just to bold to handle at once! And when Oisín joins in its just chaos!
My dads best friend Tom adopted Bella and she comes and visits almost everyday so its great!

I'll post some pictures of Oisín and Alfie tommorow if Im not working!

Hey! Guys! Thought I wounld post some pics of the new pups my mum got!

She called them Alfie and Bella!

Heres Alfie! He has a brown spot on his ear and is very playful and has loads of energy! Him and Oisín are new bffs, :)!

Heres Bella with Alfie! She has a brown spot on her ear, she is very laid back and doesn't like to play with the boys, but will play with a stuffed toy for hours! Also it looks like she is going to be the boss once the pups and Oisín grow up as if the boys annoy her she has no problem letting them know!

Also as I would like to say RIP Toby who died on the 2-Jan-08! I can't belive its been two years already! Toby died at the young age of 6, he was my dads boxer and we had him from a puppy! He died because he got hepatitis B, no one knows how he caught it but after many vet visits, needles and meds he finally gave in!

I miss you everyday and hope your happy up in heaven! Love you buba!

It's Snowin!

When I woke up this morning there was a very thin layer of snow outside :)! Oisín had never seen snow before, so I took him outside straight after his breakfast. At first he was not very impressed at all!

Jimi threw some snow at him which made him even more unimpressed.

But after a few minutes he started to enjoy it and ended up running around like a lunitic and it was very hard to get a pic of him :P

It stopped snowing then but then it started again this evening and is still snowing now :) So hopefully there will be enough for me and Oisín to build a snowpug tommorow!

Frosty Morning Walk!

Today the sun came out for a couple of hours so I decided to take Oisín and my lil brother Jimi for a short walk down the road to the business park. Its pretty safe here as there is a large field were Oisín can run around in! It was still really cold tho so Oisín had to wear his jumper! :)

Can you see the frost on the grass! Brrr...
The two boys had great fun the only problem was they both wanted to be carried home and that was a bit tricky :P

Oisín and Rocko!

Hey guys, today Oisín and Rocko were both resting on the armchairs at the end of the kitchen, it looked so cute cos of the size difference so I just had to take a pic! As you can see Oisín woke up as soon as he seen me, lol!

As you can see Rocko didnt really move! Can you see Oisín's lil bed beside Rocko's chair, thats where Oisíns suppose to sleep but he usually just sleeps on the other armchair or in my bed :)

Oisín's Christmas Photos!

Hey Guys! Me and Oisín had an idea! :)

We decided that for Christmas we would make Christmas Cards with Oisín's pic on them! So we spent all this morning taking pics of Oisín with a santa hat on, we used a white sheet as a background so it would look like snow! :)

Here are the pics we took! Then I picked the one that I liked the best and we are going to use that! :)

As you can see he got pretty bored and ended up falling asleep, which was great as my fav pic is this last one and its our official Christmas card!

Translator!

Oisín and Smokey-Joe!

Hey :), I have two pics here of my baby boy! One I think is very funny, its a pic of how Oisín likes to sit on the couch! Hes so cute! Haha! :)

And this pic is of my baby and his best feline friend, my sisters cat Smokey-Joe! They are always play fighting and its so cute to watch as Joe usually ends up the winner, aww poor Oish! :(

Oh guess what I just remembered, I never posted the pics of Oisín on Halloween, I'll try and post tonight if my mums not working on the computer! There not the best quality as it was quiet dark but to just look at Oisín's face I dont think it will matter! :)

Park Again!

Hey, not much happened today as it was raining ALL day, but yesterday I took Oisín to the park. He really loves the park. It was pretty empty so he had no doggie friends to play with :(, I took a few pics, and you can see his new collar in them! SO cute! :)

Just a random pic of me and Oisín, lol! Look at his lil thung!! :)

Also Im going up to Dublin Zoo tommorow with my youth group (The RAD), Ive been there 3 times before and am really excited to go again as its the ONLY Zoo in Ireland. Sadly Oisín cant come, as we have to travel the whole way across the country and thats 2 1/2 hours in the car.

Shopping!

As it was my 17th Birthday on Thursday, I decided to go up to Athlone today. Me and my Mam went up while my Dad watched Oisín.
Altogether I got €50, so first I went to "Pet World". I got Oisín a squeaky penguin toy and a collar with a blue bandana attached. Its sooo cute!
Then I went to "Pennys" and bought myself a pair of Jeggings, knitted uggs and a white knitted cardigan!
I also got myself some mascara and Oisín a bag of doggie chocs! :)!
Am gonna take some pics of Oisín and his new collar later, its so cute! Just thought I share with you my lil shopping trip! :) (Also did everyone elses clocks go back an hour last night???)

Lazy Days

Me and Oisín have been very lazy the last few days! I got my mid-term holidays, which is a hole week off so have been at home with Oisín as its been lashing rain!

And here he is watching TV with auntie Aisling. She's my cousin and one of my best friends and basicly lives here when we have no school!!

The RAD

Today I decided to take Oisín with me to the RAD.

The RAD is a youth group, you can go in there and just hang out, play pool, do dance lessons, go on the computers ect.

Anyways I decided to bring Oisín with me as I hate leaving him at home.

He was welcomed in and is now known as the Rad's mascot!

He spent most of the time with me and my two BFF's Erin and Ashling, and the rest of the time chewing on this tennis ball.

He also got invited to the RAD's Halloween Party!

Unfortunetly I didnt take any pics, but I did take this pic of him earlier this morning. Isnt he just precious!

First Time At The Park

Today I took Oisín to the park for the first time. He absolutely loved it! But I forgot my camera so I had to take pics on my phone, so the quality isnt great! I am definitely going to start taking him more often.

As you can see he really enjoyed himself! :)
Here he is checking out a small square ogham stone!
The next day it doesnt rain I might take him out into the forest! :) Id say he would love that! :)

1 Week and 3 days with Us!

Here is what Oisín has been up to since I got him! :)
The weather has been great the last week (exept today as it decided to rain) so I had been spending a great deal of my time outside with him.

Here are some pics of him playing in the garden!

Here he is with my mums dog Rocko. Rocko is a Dog de Bourdoux, so is huge compare to Oisín!

A rare moment, is to see Oisín sleeping! :)

He must of never seen flowers before, as he found them fancinating!

There are lots more photos of Oisín but these really are my favourites! :)

Also on Fri the 16th, I took Oisín to the vet to get his second set of boosters. The vet found out that he had an ear infection, so he has to have ear drops everyday for 3 weeks. Its nothing seroius though and would of went away by itself but the drops help with the iritation.
